Promotion of Futurists Summit sponsors, supporters and shareholders will take place as outlined below. Sponsors' privileges and conditions are set forth specifically in the “conditions of sponsorship.”
Promotion will be carried out before, during and following the Summit by means of:

• Corporate and press announcements in national and international newspapers, magazines, television and the worldwide web;
• A press kit;
• An official Summit web site;
• Summit e-bulletins;
• Hard-Soft Summit promotional materials;
• Hard-Soft invitations;
• Stands set up throughout the duration of the Summit at the exhibition areas;
• Books by Jacque Fresco, Verne Wheelwright, Yelda Karataş and Ufuk Tarhan to be distributed during the Summit with sponsor support;
• Special certificates of attendance for all participants
• Press conferences and a press dinner;
• The 1st “Futurists Conference” to be published following the conference with the support of Summit sponsors; and
• Special activities held during the conference;
• Contest- The Futurists Summit Youth Caricatur Competition will be held under the auspices of the Caricaturists' Association. Awarded works and the works of professional caricaturists will be presented in a mixed exhibition on the day of the Summit.
  
• Exhibition –Ceramic artist Ali Konbal is participating with two exhibitions prepared especially for the Futurists Summit. The concepts of the works are:
• Future Metaphor: look at modern humanity's urbanized and stacked way of life, and towards the future. This premier work was designed especially for the Summit.
  
• Dispatch (Message): A suspicious look at “homogenization.”
